Making a purchase from AngelK really couldn't be easier. Just have a look around our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished, click on 'Go to Payments' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
All our online payments are handled by PayPal on their industry leading secure servers. Don't worry if you don't have a PayPal account as you can simply pay by credit or debit card as usual, we accept MasterCard/Visa /Visa Delta/Visa Electron and Switch
All transactions are carried out in UK Pound Stirling (£).
Delivery information
Purchases will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. Any deposit or discounts will be deducted when the final payment has been made.
Baby Bouquets – We hope to despatch your order the day after payment has been received, due to all bouquet being handmade to order. If a preferred delivery date has been stipulated we will do our best to meet your requirements.
Wedding Gifts – These will be dispatched on payment unless otherwise requested by the purchaser.
Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
• Returns Policy
We always try to ensure a 100% satisfaction guarantee, however we realise there may be time when you are not completely happy with your purchase.
You may return the goods for a full refund or exchange, providing it is returned to us in original condition within 14 days of purchase. We would appreciate you contacting us by email as soon as possible prior to sending it back to us, indicating the reason for your return. It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods (we recommend doing so via recorded delivery as we cannot be held liable for any that go missing upon return). Once we have received the returned goods a full refund will be issued. Please note delivery costs will not be refunded, and a refund or exchange will not be possible if the product has been used.
• Damaged Goods on Arrival
In the unlikely event your gift arrives in a damaged condition please contact us immediately, and we will send out a replacement. If required we will refund the cost once we have received the damaged item back.
